I am sure they have a huge workload, but that workload is obviously managed in a way to ensure priorities are in the right order. Special thanks go to Jeanette Hardy, as she does a wonderful job of maintaining communication with me, while looking out for the best interest of both me and our tenant.

Hoffman Realty helped my clients rent their home and oversaw the management of the home in a timely fashion even after the recent storms. Hoffman Realty, LLC once again has come through for their home renter. We had a recent 4-point inspection and it was noted that a couple of discrepancies needed to be repaired. The bathroom tub constant drip, water low pressure from the bathroom sinks were all repaired in a reasonable time frame, less than 72 hours after the inspection. Along with the plumbing issues, the closet door and kitchen light fixtures were repaired in a timely manner by the Handy Man, Juan and Shirley Vasquez. Thanks HR for the quick response.

The technician diagnosed our air conditioning problem in 5 minutes and then went on to correct explaining in detail the issue and the work done. His manner was very professional. I cannot imagine a much better response.

Hoffman Realty has handled all day to day tasks of property management extremely well and recently coordinated clean up after two Hurricanes. Hoffman was able to even get new tenants during the hurricane clean up process amazingly quick after a prior tenant move out.
